This crime MAY be reserved for political prisoners only. In my case I was a political prisoner because of a strike I organized against Chrysler Corp. At the time, I was doing correspodence courses with Ohio University at Athens. I had completed a course in aviation, and was working on a course in creative writing. A state Doctor seemed to be interested in my work. However, before I could take the tests on these courses, I was given the drug. The nurse who administred it, neglected, perhaps purpously, to give me another drug with it, which would have masked the extreme symptoms of Torticolis and extreme anxieity  which warned me not to take it again. During the next several days, I managed to pretend to swallow the now two pills.

When my mind seemd to NOT be deteriorating the doctor was furious. I smuggled the pills to my attorney, Christopher Stanley, and to a friend, The friend had the pills analyzed and was able to obtain the pharmacutical house report.

P.S.... Is this censorship? When I wrote congressman C. William O`neil complaining of my illegal confinement and abuse, five officers including Ruggles and Kinker striped my clothes off, kicked, stomped, and beat me until they broke a rib. I couldnt take a complete breath for two months.

These same two officers chained me hand and foot and began tryng to throw me down a long flight of concrete steps. Another officer just happend to enter below and warned them that they would be punished if they continued.

There is much, much, more folks; but you seem to be much more concerned about issues such as wars that MAY NOT have been necessary, and money that probally shouldnt have been spent- instead of taking measures to make us all and our children safer in the homes and streets.

The US Public is being duped by government/ news media sophisticated propaganda that represents criminal law to be freely offered while taking Americans' property and constitutional rights with expensive, out of reach, civil law. Special emphasis is being applied to both areas of law for political activists.

The good cops, on COPS Shows are brave men fighting a criminal element created by abusive lawyers and a court system that favors only high paying clients. And again, there is special emphasis applied to political activists who may be slated for indeterminate sentences or chemical lobotomies.

Once the Franklin County  Sheriff's Dept.  Searched  my car  IN OUR YARD,  INSIDE THE FENCE ,  WITHOUT A WARRANT  , WHEN NO ONE WAS AT HOME !!     

      Another time they ATTEMPTED TO TOW it   when we were in Jhonnies  Restaurant  .   Knowing   officers (  including  zoning;   Health Department  ,  Sheriff's   Department  : with some exceptions  ) .   Are  trying  to arrest  frame  or murder us ,  we always sit where we can see our car  , just luckily  we saw  two female officers  on their  phones calling a wrecker while two male ofrficers sat nearby,  our parking meter was paid up.  They had no reason to tow our car, other than to either find , or plant something in it.

       Still , another time ,  they ATTEMPTED TOW it when I was in the Courthouse ( had the wrecker hooked to it )   .  

  They finally  towed it on our street  with  6 Franklin County Deputies present .   They  " inventoried"  so it could not be called a search .   Deputy Leonard played a roll in this.   He thought I would lose my  driving job  because he thought I didn't  have insurance.  That is an automatic  revocation of  one's  license.    Immediately when  the officers "escorted" me to the locked cruiser  Leonard  exclaimed into the radio:  " I got Sturgill" .   Before that he said: "You"re going to jail"  .   Fortunately  there was a decent officer (s).  there  - he took that off the ticket.  He towed lmy car anyway. I am being stalked by  these fiends.    I KNOW THE READER MAY NOT BELIEVE THIS, IT IS UNBELIEVABLE.  

       1985 Former zoning official Allvin Lipfert boasts that he never made a lease with anyone that he could not break. 1987 Former Mayor Dwight Scotts Mother in law " falls " in our foyer and " dies from the injuries " , we are sued for $400,000.00 . Scott settles for $ 6000 when it is shown that the crippled old lady entered the foyer while Scott was inside the building , Mrs. Scott was outside the building and no one was with the lady on crutches . Also we entered the Courthouse with the carpet they alleged she tripped on, it was the same "trip proof" carpet used in the Courthouse. their lies then became apparent even to their attorney .

THIS SCAM WAS MEANT TO ASSIST THEIR FELLOW CULTIST IN BREAKING OUR LEASE FOR THE ILLEGAL SALE IN PROGRESS. Health Dept. "sanitarian" Keith Burt and other officials join in. At the same time Health Dept. officials zero in on our grocerystore at 15 Commerce St. Lockbourne, Ohio . The former owner John McJunkin plays a dual role is also is associated with Lipfert Scott , is on the Lockbourne town council ; John is there while our house at 19 Commerce suddenly is not ours any longer, and McJunkin is on the council when our house at 170 Commerce is closed based on lies .

The ATM Co. filed bankkruptcy leaving us with an inoperable machine after only 3 months of operation. The "financial" institution will not take this boat anchor back . We are having to drive to Akron to Court as that Judge denied us change of venue. Again as with Judge Prosecutor Judge Pfieffer this judge has refused to allow our evidence.

     AS OF TODAY 4-16-04 , we , two elderly tired working people have three expensive legal battles pending. AMERICA YOU HAVE A CHANCE TO JAIL CRIMINAL PUBLIC OFFICIALS HERE IN THIS CASE. Village solicitor Rick Matza worked very hard for the Village of Lockbourne against us the citizens , he filed as many a three motions at once to overwhelm us when the Village took our house at 19 Commerce. Ironically He blamed Hilda for permanently taking the portion of our back yard that the Village put the sewer pumping station . : Hilda blamed him . Who did it Hilda -Rick?? 1987: When Lipfert made his boast Elinor and I decided we would have to go elsewhere with a backup business for our security just in case this well connected but evil individual with evil associates could make good on his boast . Enter in another aborted effort in business. We "leased" a small restaurant in nearby Obetz , Ohio from Livirice Investment Co,. The building was stripped of all equipment. It seems that the lady we had our agreement with worked for Livirice but somehow was affiliated with Donatos Pizza Co. We began renovation including a counter , stools , booths , stainless steel sinks ,plumbing , ect. , untilities , and phone . We were excited and happy about our future . The day before opening Livirice informed us that we could have only ONE parking space. We were devastated , our entire investment was lost. A business opened that sold among other things items that could be used in satan type rituals, it seems that they had unlimited parking spaces. We retained John Kulewicz of the Vorys Sater Seymour and Pease Law firm. John had represented us very well in the past . This time he could not. UPDATE 4-16-04

Why should we stay here at the murder dumpsite the site our Primary persecutor Richard Pfieffer visited with zoning head Phil Laurian on a mission of make or break? Why?

 Because we are determined to reveal the intricacies of persecution the motives and methods of evil too illusive for the common mind to comprehend. Most minds of any complexity quickly choose the easiest most profitable course. Intelligence in our society (perhaps in any society) is measured by how much material goals are achieved in a lifetime. Since this  was written we have been searched  2 more times.  The last time they called it an "inventory"   and towed my car  to make that look correct.  Six Franklin County Deputies in 3 cars  pulled  me over on the same road  where they  covered the evidence of the murdered 19 year old girl.  I knew  I might be dead  if I stopped there.  I made  a quick turn and into the 1st drive.

I began blowing my horn until Ron Raines and his wife answered the door; I yelled " Ron I need a witness and call Elinor".   Once again Deputy  Leonard was leading this criminal attack aimed at jailing me or worse!!!  some of the officers seemed decent .(call me guys so I'll know who you are, I guarantee  your anonymity.) They placed me in Leonard's cruiser:  The same seat he had  placed  me in handcuffed, beaten and maced before, and then maced me all over again.  ANYONE  INQUIRING ABOUT THESE FACTS WILL BE LIED TO.

Today  ( 10-13-04)  I visited the F.B.I.  office in downtown Columbus  I  explained to a "Chris"   That the false  Franklin County Ohio police reports  were dangerous  for Elinor and I.    I  explained the circumstances as  herein ,  She said   " we do not have jurisdiction, you will have to  go to The Franklin County Sheriff's Dept. Internal Affairs " .     The last time I was there I took the coins I found  where Sharon's  body was dragged on to our property.    Internal  Affairs was not interested.

My  next stop was  Kinkos  on North High.   I stepped next  door  to get  documents from the Bankruptcy  Court. I was there no more than 10 minutes.  When I  came out a wrecker was hooked to my car there in Kinkos  lot.  I had forgotten that I had been to the bank and had money.   The man refused to release my  car , until I realized I had  $45.00.    Kinkos manager  would not go to bat for me although  explained  everything.    There  were  several  other cars in the lot, yet  he was towing mine , my two dogs included.     I believe I was followed , and a call was made.     

 The day before in front of  Johnnies restaurant   ( fantastic Greek and American  food)  on 4th Street in Columbus  two  female officers were on the radio by our car  phoning for a wrecker  when I glanced out  the window and just caught them in time.   The last time on 11-20-04  they  towed the car  with me locked up in one of  three cruisers ;   with six  deputies , and would not even let me out of the car to get the title or any proof of ownership.     If  I     had not made it to Ron's driveway and he had not called Elinor they more than likely would have planted gun in my car.                                                                                                                                                                                     

NOTE:  We filed an appeal  in The Supreme Court Of Ohio  on October  8,2004  re;  the  criminal inter-county  scam on the ATM  machine we only used 2 months until   it ceased to operate.    Judge Patricia  Cosgrove would not allow our evidence that proved  an interstate  scam to rip off  small  store owners with the obsolete inoperable machine.    She  refused our  motion for change of venue which  would be more sensible since the scam -crime took place in Franklin County .   Three  judges in the Ninth  District   affirmed  the judgment  which will cost us $18,000.00 for  3 months  use of a machine they will not take back!!    Judges Donna J.Carr,  J.Slaby ,  and J. Whitmore   Concurred.     Supreme Court Case  #  04-1680.    I don't mind  leaving my children a good  Court System .    THIS ONE IS ABSOLUTELY  CORRUPT!!!!!!

This website is dedicated to all Americans who in some way are abused by "the system" . More than one lawyer has stated to us that we will be "destroyed" by it. Their attempt has taught us their methods . We have been injured , mentally , physically and financially. Elinor is 71 , I am 66 , our future and retirement has been jeopardized . We do not know exactly how the murdered girl fits into our persecution .

 We know that the Sheriffs Department had or has a suspect in Sharon's murder. We know that there have been other murders committed in the same bizarre way . We know that there are official connections to Sharon's murder. We are haunted by the murder of this 19 year old girl! I cannot jog or drive past my house without reliving that horror story. I even feel her terror as I imagine the torture she endured as even her blood was removed from her body. I also feel compelled to reveal the facts that could prevent other murders .

Two murders that come to mind are : Stephanie Hummer , and another I,m currently seeking more facts on. Frequent interruptions are causing out of context writing, please bear with me However , I'm going to show you , what I think is overwhelming circumstantial evidence that may convict or cause successful civil litigation of the untouchable .

 Let it be known that anyone providing any usable information may be rewarded in cash and anonimity. The morning the body was "found" I was in our store at 15 Commerce St. in Lockbourne. I was opening early at that time , it must have been about 8:00 A.M. . The emergency vehicles were going out our deadend road . Vause Rd. At that time there were only four houses out there , and two of them were ours. I locked the store without hesitation. The body was lying on our property near the street . She was laying on her back with a stone on her face . The stone was approximately 6" x 2 ' and must have weighed 50 or 60 pounds . Later when I viewed her body at the morgue her face was flattened with one eye down on her cheek.

The officers on the scene immediately ordered me to leave the street entirely. The street was blocked and not even the media were allowed down there . Later , after the body was removed the officers summoned me to the scene , and several officers surrounded me with many of them firing questions at me . Later they requested the visit to the morgue. I was horrified by the sight. But it is only the subsequent murders ,one recently also had the stone on her face , and the persecution and threats my wife and I have experienced that causes me to make the allegations of official involvement and yes once again who is motivating them ? You be the judge as I give you the evidence, it could strengthen your constitution and make you and yours safer.

Our Constitutional rights have been trampled on beyond the average persons imagination. Judge Richard Pfieffer's 'Environmental Court" repeatedly refused our "demand" for a jury trial in all cases; The l0th District Court Of Appeals including Judge Cynthia Lazurus and others upheld Pfieffer's rulings . The Ohio State Supreme Court including Chief Justice Tom Moyer also upheld Pfieffer's rulings. Pfieffer is now  the head prosecutor of Columbus, which is no surprise.

 I firmly believe that there is a cultlike force controlling this County. I was warned of this by the former head of Process servers of Franklin County, Sheriff's deputy Malcomb Coogan one of the finest men I have ever had the pleasure of knowing . He warned me : " 'they' will take all of your properties and there is is nothing you can do to stop them " . 

 He informed me that once he was called to Greenlawn cemetary during wee morning hours to find a throng of public officials and lawyers engaged in a devil's type ritual. I'm not underestimating the danger in what I'm doing. However , I have no choice for many reasons. One is to perhaps stop the serial killings; another is for our children.

Another is I believe someone on the Sheriff's Department sent two fine , perhaps naive , young officers to my remote suburban property the site where Sharon was found , knowing I'm "paranoid" as hell , , did not specifically instruct them to identify themselves until they walked 75 yards through my property at night with blinding lights in my eyes, until they were 10 feet from my front door: even a warning shot over their heads would have meant someone would be dead. Period , don't even try to play that down; someone on that force sent a backup car, and it was not meant to secure a pop machine door. Enough of the "paranoia" .

Back to the murder. After the body was removed I examined the scene carefully. Where the crushed head rested, there was only a half dollar sized spot of blood. There were several coins strewn about ten feet from the road to the body. There was brown winter grass and patches of snow around the spot. Channel 28 showed a "reenactment" of the murder . The evidence at the scene didn't add up to their version; however I do understand that before a murder is solved false information may be published .

The true information has never been published. I hired an attorney from Cleveland to come down to assist in gathering facts. It required two weeks to obtain a copy of the coroner's report. It stated in part:" there were scant traces of blood in the body" . I videotaped the scene , the blood spot and coins , about $1.40 , strewn , in a row from the road to the body, I surmised as the body was dragged from a car. That was contrary to the 28 version that showed 4 people leap from a car and chase one girl with three occupants beating the 4th with stones. The body was then left laying with no stone on the face.

 The Columbus Dispatch version matched the 28 version. I visited Sharon's mother at 505 Southwood Ave. in Columbus who replayed the 28 version for me and informed me that Sharon had about $1.40 in her pocket the night she was murdered. Grandma has Sharon's son.

Franklin County Magistrate Pat Sheeran assisted in the murder investigation, he also was appointed to preside over the Court hearings when Franklin County and The Village of Lockbourne teamed to take our house at 19 Commere St. Lockbourne, Ohio. Village Mayor Dwight Scott and the majority of that council agreed that an old map of the village showed a street going down the canal in the 1800's and that we would have to pay the village rent on our house. One very outspoken member of that council was John Mcjunkin from whos family we purchased the property. Also there was Councilwomen Eunice McMullen who was interested in purchasing the property. Scott called our Realtor Mark Delaughter and informed him : "They're" asking too much for that property " . sue me Dwight and Eunice I have tape recordings .

 When I discovered the coins I called the Sheriff's Department and asked them to come down and get the coins. They sent an officer Wamsley. Wamsley visited the scene but did not remove the coins; he was sitting in his cruiser between the tracks by the feed mill next to another cruiser talking to another , unknown. officer , I asked him if he took the coins , he said : " we have all the evidence we need , and it's none of your business " . So Wamsley who hounded me after that , it will now be the worlds business! If you had enough evidence , why haven't you arrested the murderer ? If you had enough evidence why didn't you question the person who knocked on the door of the house where the body was found one half hour before the coroner estimated the time of the murder?

 What happened to the man your officer Casper stated you had " who is a suspect in the murder we are holding on an unrelated charge but we don't have enough evidence to convict " ,huh ? This was the answer sent to Legislator Michael Stinziano in reponse to the letter from Stinziano's office. What!!? You could have questioned someone who was at the scene near the time of the murder ,you did not, and have everything you need!?

NOTE : Upon  reading the above paragraphs written months ago, I see another reason the Sheriff's Dept. is after me. Yes I'm naive , but so are our children and many of us.  I think we have that right,OR SHOULD HAVE!!And so long as we are truthful and our officials are honest, we should be protected by them: and not hounded beaten maced, and maybe jailed or murdered by them.  11-3-04

CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER OF ABUSES AND PROPERIES 1982: County planners knowing of the future development of Rickenbacker begin working with zoning officials , Robert Rohrer , Jeffery Glasgow , Hamilton Township , The Village of Lockbourne and new neighbors to stop my trucking business at 1200 Vause Rd. Lockbourne , Ohio 43137. It is a common policy across the United States for Government agencies to restrict the development of land they may have plans for in the future . This requires cooperation of various agencies such as the Mid Ohio Regional Planning commission and others. In the instant case , The Franklin County Health Department, The Franklin County Zoning Commission , The Franklin County Sheriff's Department, and others both private and official have played a role. It has been a criminal conspiracy participated in by known and unknown criminals as well as public officials who are also criminals. The Zoning Czars have long had an iron grip on buying or having friends buy land they would then rezone for windfall profits. Poor hard working farmers have been their victims. When Prosecutor Judge Prosecutor Richard Pfeiffer picked that blackberry off the bush on my land in July 1995, he wanted to know when we bought that land. He wondered how we knew to buy it just before the impending development of Rickenbacker Air Industrial was made public. Nevertheless , He had Phil Laurian head enforcement officer of the Zoning Commission with him. Pfeiffer informed me that it would not be necessary for me to have an architect to do the drawing for rezoning. He said Phil could do it; Phil readily agreed. It was at that point that Robert Holmes asked me if I wanted to work for the Owners of the only newspaper in town , the people Magistrate Sheeran has informed me were the ones who made all the judges in town ,the Wolfe family. All I had to do was betray my dead friend. Of course I said no without hesitation. So I guess you make all the sewers in town also Mr. and Mrs. Wolfe? For not only did Mr. Holmes fire me , but Lou's brother with his "secret power" also forsook me. Does money really make you guys happy under those circumstances? I have the comfort of knowing my investments have been very wise with very little to invest , I've prospered , and I ignored 100,s of thousands in money for principle, and have betrayed no one. Only days after Pfieffer's visit to my land a letter arrived there from the Franklin County Health Department. My septic tank was being condemned . I would now be forced to find a home. At the same time it was "discovered" that our water supply was polluted. The National Guard brought portable water tanks into town. It was decided that a water system would have to be provided to the Village of Lockbourne, Ohio. That line would run across my property. However , a meeting of "the minds" decided that to allow me to hook to the sewer system would open the 22.5 acre 1/2 mile by 400 feet piece of land to lot type development. They then violated the same state law they would soon use against us. That law reads that any property within 125 feet of a sanitary sewer line must be connected. These events allowed The Village of Lockbourne and Franklin County Attorneys Rick Matsa , Joe Durham , Nick Soulas , and Prosecutor Judge Prosecutor Rick Pfeiffer to begin torturing us . Lockbourne located an 1800's map of Lockbourne that showed a proposed street under our 100 year old house in Lockbourne. Elinor and I were living comfortably in Upper Arlington, Ohio at the time , though still smarting from the firing , and abuse from the zoning commission and Mid Ohio Regional Planning Commission , and the abuse and money spent there. The phone rang and someone yelled into it that they has just bulldozed our fence down , and were bulldozing up our back yard at 19 Commerce street , Lockbourne. Thus began a lengthy expensive court battle to prove our house was ours . Mayor Dwight Scott spearheaded that with Village Solicitor Rick Matsa firing as many a three motions at a time for us to answer. The many court hearings took their toll. Finally we "won" . Not before Our daughter Kelli and her children were evicted into the street in mid winter. No sooner did we "win" that case then The Franklin County Health Department stepped in with Prosecuting attorney Joe Durham and Nick Soulas with another lengthy Court battle. Once again our grandchildren and greatgrandchildren, were evicted in mid winter. That home has been closed for 8 years , the bank payments are being made , there has been some vandalism . A lot of stress and grief that our children and their chilren 's children have been abused by our government that proclaims itself to be a model worthy of exporting to the world. We are at the most dangerous point in American  history. Never before have we been so vulnerable to enemy attacks. It can only get worse if present government politics continue, the threats of germ. chemical, or nuclear attacks will continue and more sophisticated methods will evolve.

More nations, people and religions will cooperate and form alliances to oppose us. It is not conceivable that if we do not reform and correct our military, superiority mindset, and modify it that our children will fight a violent civil war against our own government.

Further, it is likely that UN troops will be called in to fight our children!!

It is then likely that those troops will occupy part of this nation permanently.   The notion that this country produces information and not products has undermined our basic economy and genuis that built this nation to a bulworth of greatness, and made us the envy and created love and admiration of the world.

We are a nation of every race and nationability, we have prospered not in spite of that, but because of it!

Yet foreign nationals continue to "involve" our nation by a demonic plan that has created a working class of 3rd world caliber; and a criminal  welfare class of our poor.
